Tito Sotto and Helen Gamboa's renewal of vows took place at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
It is the same church where the couple eloped 50 years ago.
On Instagram, Tito and Helen's only son, Gian, wrote a touching message for his parents' wedding anniversary. He said, "50 Years of Love with God at the Center! Happy Anniversary, Mom and Dad! I had a hard time holding back tears while you guys were walking down the aisle. I looked at Joy and thought to myself, we can do this too... with God at the Center, nothing is impossible! I love you so much po, Ma and Da!"

The grand reception followed at a posh hotel in Parañaque.
Tito and Helen were evidently sweet in their "first dance" as they marked their golden wedding anniversary.
Ciara Sotto served as the master of ceremonies.
Tito and Helen's grandchildren prepared a special number for the couple.
Among the attendees of the party were Tito's brother Vic Sotto and his wife Pauleen Luna.
Tito and Helen's long-time friend,Joey De Leon, was also spotted in the momentous event.
Ciara's Filipino-American boyfriend, Ian Austin, was also invited to celebrate Tito and Helen's 50th years of marriage.
