WATCH: Tito Sotto and Helen Gamboa renewal of vows

Last Sunday, September 22, Tito Sotto and Helen Gamboa celebrated their 50th anniversary as husband and wife by renewing their vows in an intimate wedding with friends and family.

Nice Print Photography released a touching audio-visual presentation on what went on during the ceremony.

In the said video, Helen is seen becoming emotional after her husband started to deliver his message for her.

Tito said, “50 years ago, I promised you before God, inside this same holy place, that I will love you forever. I am fulfilling that promise.

“I thank the Lord our God for allowing us to wed in that fateful night. I thank God for giving me you. I thank God for giving us so many blessings, our children, our grandchildren, and countless other blessings.

“And finally, I thank you for loving me. I love you, forever.”

For her part, Helen mentioned being happy to have made the decision to elope with Tito half a century ago.

She said, “Sweetheart, salamat.

“Salamat sa pag-alaga mo sa akin, sa pagtiyaga mo kahit nung nililigawan mo pa ako. Salamat sa pagbibigay ng napakagandang buhay para sa akin at sa ating pamilya.

“Salamat sa pagbibigay ng pagmamahal na walang katulad na hindi ko mararanasan kung hindi ko nilakasan ang loob ko na mag-over the bakod, 50 years ago.”
