Lara Quigaman and Marco Alcaraz are expecting their third baby boy!
A tearful Lara Quigaman and Marco Alcaraz were seen on YouTube earlier today, June 4, as they shared with their fans the gender of their third baby.
In the video titled “An Emotional Gender Reveal,” the Alcaraz parents gathered together to share the news with their two children. As it turns out, it's another baby boy for the family!
The news shocked the couple's eldest son Noah the most because he initially wanted a baby sister.
“Why are you crying? You don't like a boy?” Marco asked as he follows a crying Noah.
“Awww…We still love him. 'Di ba Daddy also wants a girl. Pero siyempre, ang binigay sa atin ni Lord is a baby boy. Kaya 'wag ka na umiyak.”
In the latter part of the video, Lara and Marco made the mood lighter by telling their kids to look into the brighter side.
“Dalawa na lang at magiging basketball team na tayo. Ako 'yung coach,” jested Marco.
Lara added, “Oo nga! Papalitan na natin 'yung The Alcaraz Family into Team Alcaraz na and ako 'yung muse [ng team].”
The mother of two then turned to Noah to empathize with him by saying, “It's okay to feel sad and disappointed but we have to remember that God never makes a mistake.
“He knows what is best and he gave us another baby boy. We are happy because the baby is so healthy.”
Feeling a bit emotional, Lara then turned to the camera and said that while they are happy, she prays that her fans wouldn't feel disappointed that it's not a baby girl.
“Pangungunahan ko na kayo na sana 'wag niyong sabihin na sayang ang aming baby number three kasi hindi sayang 'yung baby namin. Kahit hindi siya girl at kahit boy siya we are very happy.
“This is a baby boy and I'm so excited. I have dreamt of this baby twice so he is not sayang. He is a gift and he is a blessing.
“I pray that the baby wouldn't feel unwanted or feel bad kasi a lot of people wanting him to be a girl. But God knows what is best.”
She even joked, “Malay n'yo may isa pa?”
