Iya Villania thought that she was having a baby boy instead of a girl

Kapuso host and celebrity mom Iya Villania just gave birth to her third child today, July 18.

Iya and Drew Arellano kept their baby's gender a secret to make it a surprise and surprised they were when baby number three turned out to be a she!

Baby Alana Lauren is Iya and Drew's unica hija and the youngest sister of their two sons, Primo and Leon.

In her Instagram stories, Iya showed that she's on her way to recovery and shared how she feels about having a baby girl.

"I still can't believe it's a girl! I was so sure guys, I was so sure it was gonna be a boy because during one of the ultrasounds, I thought I saw balls. I didn't see a totoy but I thought I saw balls. It turned out to be a fat vagina [laughs]," said Iya.

When she was about to give Baby Alana her first bath, Iya couldn't help but laugh when she saw that all the baby clothes she packed for her newborn were boy's clothes.

Meanwhile, Drew is really feeling his role as a father to his baby girl as he imagines her debut and wedding day while carrying her.

Now, Iya will be having a week off from work as she takes care of Baby Alana in her first few days.
