John Lloyd shared an Instagram photo of Elias holding a red balloon and looking very happy.
“Hbd [Happy birthday] anak,” wrote John Lloyd.
Elias turned three on June 27.
In an Instagram Story posted by Sol Cerio, or Nanay Sol to Elias, John Lloyd surprised his son with a Spider-Man cake and balloons.
John Lloyd and Elias spent quality time together in Boracay recently.
Elias gave his dad a self-made card and bracelet to celebrate Father's Day.
Elias is John Lloyd's son with actress and former girlfriend, Ellen Adarna.
The ex-couple remains civil with each other for the sake of their son.
