Kapuso actress Solenn Heussaff and entrepreneur husband Nico Bolzico are starting to teach their one-year-old daughter Thylane "Tili" Bolzico not one, not two, but four languages.
Solenn shared in a 24 Oras Weekend report that Thylane is able to understand English, Filipino, Spanish, and French.
The actress is half-French while Nico is from Argentina.
Solenn also said she has personally decided not to join any project with a lock-in taping while she is still busy watching over Baby Tili.
She has also been active in painting and cooking.
"Marami akong DIY projects with her kahit 19 months pa lang siya.
"We do a lot of cooking, like I let her touch and play with the flour, we make home-made playdough.
We do a lot of exercise, nagbi-build kami ng castles with the pillows. As in normal play," Solenn said.
Solenn narrated how Baby Tili is practicing four languages.
"'Pag kasama niya ako usually puro French, 'pag kasama niya si Nico puro Spanish.
"Kapag kasama niya 'yung mga mom ko and everything, usually it's English, Tagalog.
"Ako naman, I mix with English, as in naintindihan niya lahat," sabi ni Solenn.
She continued, "Like, if I give instruction in French, gagawin niya.
"If Nico gives her an instruction in Spanish gagawin niya 'yung inutos ni Nico.
"So magaling talaga, as in magaling talaga kapag bata, they are really quick to learn.
"When we give her five minutes of TV a day, if she wants, usually 'yung cartoons are Spanish or French."
The proud mama also described how Baby Tili is already becoming a little star in her own right.
"Super madaldal siya so she is always so funny to look at. Super entertaining siya.|
"She always says hi to everyone, she's talking in English, Tagalog, French, Spanish, lahat ng language nami-mix niya."
