Alden Richards spends time with his family in the US during the holidays

Asia's Multimedia Star Alden Richards took some time off from work to spend the holiday season with his family who is based in California.

Despite the pandemic, Alden continues to work as he starred in I Can See You: Love on the Balcony and The World Between Us.

Aside from these TV shows, Alden also entertained fans with Alden's Reality: The Virtual Reality Concert, the first-ever virtual reality concert in the Philippines, during the pandemic.

Now, Alden takes a break to be with his family in California for Christmas.

He said during the virtual media conference of The World Between Us in November, "Mag-Christmas po ako sa US, sa San Francisco with my kuya, my tita. After two years, ayun 'yung pinakauna kong international flight ulit."

Aside from The World Between Us, Alden is set to star in a movie with Bea Alonzo titled Special Memory.

"Sisimulan na po namin 'yung pelikula namin ni Bea, of course 'yun 'yung medyo matagal na rin akong excited about," says Alden during his interview with Aubrey Carampel of Chika Minute.

He will also have a benefit-concert, ForwARd: Meet Richard R. Faulkerson, Jr., for his AR Foundation.

"Sobrang dami kong binuhos na emosyon, pagod, puyat, luha, dito. Pero kasi at the end of the day kaya ganun ko na lang siya pinaghirapan, alam ko pagkatapos nito maganda 'yung papupuntahan niya at mas maraming matutulungan na kabataan."
