Ever since its announcement, devoted Encantadiks have been looking forward to the upcoming Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre, Over the past two years, fans have closely followed casting news and production updates, building buzz for the new fantasy show.
Back in March 2022, GMA Senior Vice President for Entertainment Group Lilybeth G. Rasonable teased the lead of the new show, saying that it was someone who could stand beside previous Sang'gres that came before her. By October of 2023, it was revealed that Bianca Umali would be the lead of the new show, playing the character Terra.
Her co-stars were then announced in quick succession. Kelvin Miranda, Faith Da Silva, and Angel Guardian were announced as fellow Sang'gres Adamus, Flamarra, and Deia, respectively.
Since then, the next generation Sang'gres have been introducing themselves to the public. Back in April, the four of them presented their characters at the Philippine Book Festival. The cast has also made an appearance at TOYCON Evolution 2024.
