Michelle Madrigal shares weight loss regimen

Michelle Madrigal shared empowerment on Instagram for ladies trying to reach their ideal weight. In a recent post, she showed what her body looks like after twenty-five days of regular exercise and eating healthy.

 

She said, “This is what 25 days of eating clean and working out religiously look like. I started at 130lbs and down to 126 lbs. Progress is a little slow but it’s better than no progress at all!!”

Michelle encouraged women to be patient with their weight loss journey and keep in mind that there’s no secret or easy way to lose weight.

“Ladies there is no secret to losing weight. You have to commit 100%, eat clean which is counting my macros (5-6 meals a day), hard work and exercise 5-6x a week. There’s no easy way in getting the body you want.”
