Aubrey works on her core, shoulders, and legs in one session by doing bear crawls, ab walk-outs, modified mountain climbers, and forward squat jumps.

She gets creative too by doing walking side squats, and modified burpees and ab tucks on the treadmill.


Aubrey upgrades her exercises with the aid of additional equipment. She improves her midsection by doing the ab roller, walking plank, and knee tucks.

While Aubrey repeats other exercises, she also incorporates new ones to make her sweat sessions more interesting and challenging. This time, she does walking lunges and forward squat jumps with weights.
