According to Aubrey's post, this routine can start a great change in your body while staying indoors for 30 days.
"CORE/AB workout today. Your life can change in 30days. Our daily lives have already changed by external factors. Now it's time to make a change from the inside. A change in beliefs, in mindset and what's truly possible."
She also wrote an encouragement for those who will follow their routine.

Aubrey and Troy also did a core and leg routine. She said, "We're all going through tough times. Stay consistent because tough times build strong people. This is the time you can reset and build a new habit. Don't waste time. You can do it, Believe it. Just sharing our workout and I hope you guys enjoy."
The celebrity couple also shared their full-body workout.
Aubrey stressed that working out, no matter how brief it is, is a good way to keep the body healthy.
