In an exclusive interview with Unang Hirit, the two shared some of their workout routines at home, that are pretty much suitable these days since everyone is locked up in their homes due to the enhanced community quarantine.

“Mayroon kaming dalawang ab workout [gamit ang] throw pillow and wall.

"Just the normal crunches. Itatapon n'yo lang sa wall n'yo, crunches, parang just getting up in the bed 'yung movement niya,” Aubrey said.

Troy further explained, “It's like a doing a medicine ball or a ball against the wall.

"This is to imitate that in case you don't have any equipment at home."

The said workout are suitable for beginners since the pillow is lighter than the actual ball used in the same workout.

“It's like you're catching the movement. The pillow will help you to catch it, not the weight, it's the movement,” Aubrey said, adding that it should be 10 to 12 repetitions and three sets.

They also shared their exercise for shoulders.

“For shoulders naman, if you have books, you can do shoulder press, sideways, frontways,” Miles related.

“This stimulates the weight,” Troy said.
