Kris Bernal's workout routine using wine bottles

Kris Bernal shared another workout routine that is requested by her Instagram followers.

According to Kris's post, a lot of her followers wished for a routine using water bottles.

The Kapuso star clarified why she chose to use wine bottles for this video.

Kris said, "A home workout using water bottles was a highly requested video on my story last week. So, here it is! I opted for wine bottles because I'm so used to powerlifting!"

Powerlifting is known as a strength sport where the person will lift the heaviest weight in squat, bench press and deadlift.

Kris mentioned a few reminders before starting the workout with wine bottles.

“If you're trying this, test it out first. Make sure the bottles won't slide! ⚠️ Do 12-15 reps for 3 rounds.”

For Kris, Monday is the best time to start a workout.

“Monday workouts are always a good test to see how the rest of the week is going to turn out! Start this week strong and active!”
