On the last episode of Kris Bernal's fitness vlog, #KrisMadeMeDoIt, the Kapuso actress shared her 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT routine to inspire her followers to burn calories.

Now, Kris is sharing how she achieves her arm, shoulder, back muscles, and more in her 18-minute full upper body workout routine!

In the video, Kris used a pair of eight pound dumbbells for weights but suggests other alternatives for her followers such as water bottles, books, or canned goods.
