Prince Clemente shares how to get a firmer upper body through a 3-minute workout

Kapuso actor Prince Clemente shared his quick home workout to get a firmer upper body.

The Descendants of the Sun star started off with stretching before going into his actual workout that only takes less than three minutes.

Since going out is highly discouraged as imposed by the enhanced community quarantine, Prince substitutes dumbbells with water containers for his dumbbell shrugs exercise that effectively targets the trapezius muscles.

It is followed by push up and shoulder tap combo that strengthens the chest, shoulders, and triceps, and works your core, back, and legs.

To develop solid arms, he does dumbbell curls to build bigger and stronger biceps.

For his ab workout, on the other hand, Prince does sit-ups to strengthen and tone his abdominal muscles.
