Kakain ka uli, fiesta ba? Valeen Montenegro shares some important and practical fitness tips in her 'Valeentawak Vlogs.'

Bubble Gang comedienne and fitness enthusiasts Valeen Montenegro shared some of her personal thoughts about taking care of your body and staying fit.

Valeen Montenegro leads her first online workout class

In her latest video that she uploaded on her 'Valeentawak Vlogs' channel, the sexy comedienne talked about how a Mind Map helps her in determining her fitness goals.

Valeen said, "So I put lifestyle in the middle kasi i want you guys to know that we have different lifestyle.

"So, figure out your lifestyle, set your goals! What are your goals like?

"Do you want to be healthy? Do you want to lose fat? Do you wanna gain muscle?"

Valeen added that people should keep in mind that working out is only one part of staying fit. Focusing and sticking to our diet is another story.

"Knowing your lifestyle, setting your goals, knowing and determining your body type- your body type will actually have good suggestions of what type of diet you should have.

"It's only 30% workout and still 70% diet.

"What I mean is kailangan n'yo talagang kumain nang tama. I'm not saying na huwag kayo kumain, kailangan niya kumain nang tama and mag-workout."
