Bettinna Carlos reveals reasons why she likes to workout

Bettinna Carlos shares why she's committed to a healthy lifestyle even in the quarantine period.

According to Bettinna, there are 5 reasons why she chooses to do workout routines and programs even when she's at home.

Her first reason is that she's been doing it for years. Bettinna revealed that she started having a routine when she's still studying.

"1. It's been in my system for years! Having played sports when I was young and into gymming for 17yrs since 15 (although for vain reasons back in high school hehe) my body naturally longs to sweat and move."

Bettinna added that it helps get rid of stress. "I know it's good for me physically and mentally too! Ya know helps to sweat the stress!"

She also mentioned that she wishes to be a good example to her daughter, Gummy.

"2. I wanna be an example to my household. For G to grow up taking care of this aspect of her well being and Yatch too. So that by valuing it personally she too can encourage G to sweat regularly. Also so that this habit starts early for her and shell carry it till she's old. Like me!"

Bettinna revealed that she needs to strengthen her core because of her scoliosis.

"3. I wanna be strong for long. I'm 32 and I'm thinking if I'll have more babies in my mid to late 30s how will I enjoy playing and running around with them if I'm not so fit."

"As it is I have scolio and so strengthening my core is important. Also for lifting grocery boxes and a sleeping 9yo from the car to our home. More for everyday actually."

One of her reasons that she discussed is her passion for food.


“4. I wanna cook, eat and enjoy. I think it's just responsible for me to be mindful of the energy I expel and ingest. (so I can have my cheetos and doritos too at the back hehe).”

Lastly, Bettinna said she wants to be healthy so she can serve better.

5. I wanna be healthy so I can serve my family and God better. I'm sharing these with you because unless your WHYs are clear it will be very hard to sustain your activities.
