On her Instagram post today, May 30, she expressed how much she misses her early morning run.

Lovi shared, "I really miss my 4am runs just before heading to work when everyone's still asleep.

"But for now, I'm just happy that I can do this and incorporate running to my fitness routine somehow. #LoviYourBody."

Due to enhanced community quarantine in Metro Manila, the public are prohibited to do outdoor exercises including running or jogging.

Meanwhile, on Monday, June 1, NCR will be placed under general community quarantine, which will allow limited contact sports and outdoor activities.

Jogging, running, and walking will be allowed but people must always wear masks.

So, to reminder runners, Lovi said on her post, "P.S. Just remember to practice social distancing & be extra mindful of proper hygiene when going for your walks or runs, okay?"

In her recent interview with Tim Yap on his online vlog Tim Yap Live!, Lovi revealed that she works out everyday to burn off the extra calories, since she eats a lot when she's stressed out.

In explaining, she said, "Maybe because I eat like crazy too.

"Wala akong choice, kasi kung hindi oh my god! 'Yung sitwasyon natin ngayon, it's really stressful and I am the type to you know binge eat when I'm stress and when I'm feeling down.

"So ang takbuhan ko talaga is food. So at the sametime I just like try to make up for it by working out."
