Actress-turned-health and fitness vlogger Michelle Madrigal showed a quick 15-minute full body workout that requires simple equipment and is perfect for beginners.

Michelle, who showed her body transformation recently, shared her workout routine in her latest vlog.

To start your workout, do two rounds, 30-second each of jog in place, lateral walk from side-to-side, jumping jacks, and inch worm.

For the main workout, do three rounds, 30-second each of dumbbell thruster, leg raises, lateral and front raise, split squat, crunches, deadlift to row, and plank.

If you can't do the jumping jacks because you have a knee problem, Michelle advised to do the step jack variation.

“Kung may problema ka sa joints and you don't want to jump, we're gonna do side-to-side,” Michelle said.
