Kris Bernal does a 30-minute full body HIIT

Actress and fitness enthusiast Kris Bernal released a workout video for the first time in her YouTube channel last Friday, August 28.

She tagged it as her first #KrisMadeDoIt vlog that is based on her weekly fitness workout routine.

Kris posted a 30-minute full body HIIT (high-intensity interval training) which helps in burn calories and shed off unwanted pounds while building muscle tone.

She did 30 different exercises with 45 seconds work per round and 15 seconds rest in between.Since it is a high-intensity workout, Kris recommended beginners not to use equipment.

"If you are a beginner, I encourage you not to use any equipment, okay lang 'yan. Pero if you want to level up or intensify your fitness game, pwede tayong gumamit ng bands or dumbbells," she said.
