Online groceries options in Metro Manila

The motorcycle ride sharing and delivery service company has partnered with restaurants in the metro to give everyone more food options while under the enhanced community quarantine due to COVID-19.

Referred to as Angkas Food, the food delivery service has been available beginning March 24, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Delivery fee is PhP 60 within a three-kilometer radius. Succeeding kilometers will have an additional PhP 10 per kilometer with a maximum of five kilometers.

What's good is that 100% of the delivery fee will go to the bikers.

To place your order, just call the restaurant, pay for your food (they encourage cashless transactions), then give your contact details for the Angkas rider to contact you prior to the delivery of your order. The delivery fee must also be in cash.

Angkas is also implementing a no-touch delivery -- you can claim your order from the seat of the motorcycle or your doorstep, while maintaining a safe distance.

You can have food delivered from restaurants in Manila including Kanto Food Stop, Made in HK, Crazy Bagnet, King Sisig, Founding Farmers, GOGI Korean BBQ, Ineng's Special BBQ, Mey Lin, Pomodoro Pizza, Secret Burger, The Smokeyard, VSpot Resto, and Wobbly Pan, among others.
