So, what makes Katrina's almond cookies healthier than the usual ones? Well, she baked them using healthier ingredients such as organic eggs and sugar-free chocolate chips.

Katrina's recipe is perfect for those who have turned into a cookie monster over the quarantine period and need a healthier version of their favorite dessert.

With this recipe, you can now indulge in mouthwatering cookies and not worry much because you know it is guilt-free.

Here's the list of ingredients and the step-by-step guide to making guilt-free almond cookies ala Katrina Halili.

Ingredients:

organic eggs
sugar-free chocolate chips
butter
brown sugar
vanilla extract
almond butter
salt
baking soda
almond flour

Procedure:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
2. Cream the butter and sugar
3. Whisk eggs with vanilla extract
4. Add almond butter in the mixer
5. Add salt and baking soda
6. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the batter
7. Line the batter on the baking tray
8. Sprinkle salt on each cookie
9. Add more chocolate chips
10. Bake the cookies in the oven

Katrina made her almond butter from scratch and she advises mars and pars to have lots of patience when making the almond butter with a food processor, as it takes a lot of time for it to transition from powdery to creamy.
