Sheena Halili navigates through her first pregnancy stuck inside her home due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite the challenge, the soon-to-be Kapuso mom remains optimistic and has been finding ways to keep a healthy lifestyle for herself and her baby.

She wrote, “Life of a buntis these days: Bahay lang tayo!

Nakaka-down, nakaka panghina lalo.

“That's why we can choose to be productive!

According to Sheena, she makes sure to still look after herself, her needs, as well as her baby's.

She shared in detail, “What I do is nag-aayos ako kahit sa bahay lang even if walang lakad! Kahit walang spa or derma, inaalagaan ko din ang skin ko (pero siyempre that what you are using are safe for our babies)!

The Kapuso star claimed that what's been very beneficial to her lately is doing her prenatal pilates.

At dahil dun, may sense of accomplishment ako!

"Mas naging masayahin ako nung nag-start ako mag prenatal pilates. Sarap mag stretch, sarap maging feeling strong!

"Thank you sa aking maalaga at magandang OB Dr. @thejavismd. Thank you sa pag-aalaga at mga tips paano maging happy preggy.”

Sheena previously opened up about experiencing difficulties with her pregnancy during her first trimester.
