Kris Bernal stresses the importance of self-kindness

Pressured and stressed by the present circumstances or with what is happening around the country?

Kris Bernal offered some helpful tips to address stress and have a positive mindset.

On her Instagram post, the actress-entrepreneur reminded her more than 1.7 million followers about the importance of “self-kindness.”

She also listed ways to better take care of ourselves.

“Self-kindness is different for everyone. But every once in a while, it's important to give ourselves the space to breathe, reset, and recharge. So here are my simple tips that you can do to practice self-kindness:

1. Listening to your feelings

2. Saying “No”

3. Taking a break when you need it

4. Give yourself a compliment

5. Doing things at your own pace

6. Cutting down your to-do list

7. Celebrating all your wins

The StarStruck alumna stressed that people should not forget being kind to one's self and encouraged everyone to take a break.

“Self-kindness is one of the things we often take for granted because of everything that's happening. I know it's Monday but I'm encouraging you to take a break and give yourself the kindness you deserve.”

Kris Bernal's motivational post has so far garnered over 17,300 likes as of writing.

Aside from being one of the top talents of GMA Network, Kris is also busy managing her food business House of Gogi and her makeup brand SHE Cosmetics.
