Aiai delas Alas grieves Daddy Wowie's death due to COVID-19

Concert Comedy Queen Aiai delas Alas tearfully recalled how her close friend, known as Daddy Wowie, paved the way for her to join showbiz. Daddy Wowie passed away recently due to COVID-19.

She told Lhar Santiago on 24 Oras, "Siya 'yung unang nagtiwala sa akin.

"Siya 'yung unang nakakita na nakakatawa pala ako. Tsaka siya 'yung nagpilit na maniwala ako na magpagpasalamat sa itaas."

The Owe My Love also opened up about Daddy Wowie's passing through her social media.

She wrote, "Sobrang nalulungkot ako. Sya ang mahal kong boss kung hindi nya ko kinuha na sing along master sa music box hindi sana ko si aiai ngayun.

“Salamat boss Wowie sa opportunity na binigay mo sa aken, salamat sa friendship, salamat sa kabaitan mo saken.

"Salamat at ikaw ang unang naniwala samen ni Arnell Ignacio boss. Pahinga ka na. 'Till we meet again. I love you."
