David Licauco calls on the public to get vaccinated against COVID-19

Kapuso hunk David Licauco is the latest celebrity to get inoculated against COVID-19.

“Vaccines are effective. I highly encourage everyone to sign up at their LGUs to get their shot. We can beat COVID together,” David, who was last seen in the romantic series Heartful Café, wrote on Instagram.

David's showbiz friends and fans, meanwhile, poked fun at the photo that he posted.

The picture showed David seemingly nervous and in pain as he was being vaccinated at the site.

“Kaya pa ba David?” joked Shaira Diaz.

Another follower asked, “Shaket ba?”

“Ganya din ako, takot sa karayom,” wrote a follower.

It was perhaps David's way of keeping the moment light for some social media fun.
