Ever since she moved to London and married her husband, Martin Spies, singer Rachelle Ann Go have always dreamed of having her own house in the city.
She told on Instagram that she always prayed for having her own home as she explores more job opportunities in the UK.
Finally, on December 1, 2019, her husband procured the keys to their own home in the city and made one of Rachelle's dreams come true.
As she opened the doors to her house in her recent vlog, let's take a look at the beautiful interiors of her cozy home away from Manila.
On December 1, Rachelle Ann Go's husband, Martin Spies, surprised her with the keys to their own home in London. At the time, the singer was in Manila visiting her family and friends.
By December 15, Rachelle arrived in London and opened the doors to their home for the first time. She recalled feeling “like a kid opening a Christmas present.”
Rachelle Ann Go found her favorite hang out spot in her home in the form of this beautiful hanging chair and footstool. She said she loves to spend her mornings in this little nook.
Rachelle and Martin's bookshelf is filled with many of their favorite things and mementos. Rachelle is also a self-proclaimed “plantita” as she grows little indoor plants in her home.
Remember the little nook from earlier? At night, Rachelle and Martin turn on the fairy lights to add a little sparkle to their home.
Rachelle should add “interior designer” to her resumé because we're loving the play on textures in her living room.
During the quarantine, Rachelle and Martin's little side project was to spruce up their home most especially their dining area. They painted the white walls with chalkboard paint, traded the dining table for a new one, and switched the chairs for modern ones.
Rachelle designed this little corner with boho-themed furniture that is perfect for entertaining guests during the summer.
