So much so, that she goes out of her way to take care of animals that are in need and always make sure that they go to a home where they are loved by their owners.

EXCLUSIVE: Heart Evangelista plans to move to Sorsogon soon?

And it seems she's now putting that dream into reality.

Yesterday, June 3rd, Heart officially revealed on Instagram the site where she plans to build her first animal welfare facility.

She wrote, “As you all know, I've always had a soft spot for animals and it's a dream of mine to be able to do more to champion their welfare.

“This will be the site of one special endeavor that is near and dear to my heart--building a facility which provides services such as spaying, neutering, tagging and shots, and a community that welcomes animals and treats them with love.

“This is step one and I am already brimming with excitement for this special project and I can't wait to finally turn this dream into reality! Doing this one step at a time until we get there.”

The Queen of Creative Collaborations is not only an advocate of adopting animals but she's also the celebrity spokesperson for Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) a non-government volunteer organization whose goal is to prevent animal cruelty in the Philippines.
