Andrew Lloyd Webber streams The Phantom of the Opera, other musicals for free on YouTube

Musical theater composer Andrew LLoyd Webber launched a new YouTube channel called The Shows Must Go On! where he streams a selection of his musicals for free.

The full-length musicals are released every Friday, 7:00 pm BST (Thursdays, 2:00 am in the Philippines).

The streamed musicals will then be kept on the YouTube channel for 48 hours.

Previously streamed musicals include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat starring Donny Osmond and 2012 U.K. arena tour production of Jesus Christ Superstar

This coming Friday, the channel will stream the 25th anniversary production of The Phantom of the Opera which was staged at the Royal Albert Hall back in 2011.

The streamed shows also encourage viewers to donate to various organizations that are currently battling COVID-19.
