Mikee Quintos relaunched her vlog to get to try new things and know herself better.
Kapuso actress Mikee Quintos has relaunched her YouTube vlog.
One of the first things she did to celebrate was to unbox the Silver Play Button which she recently received.
A Silver Play Button, officially called the Silver Creator Award, is given to channels which reach 100,000 subscribers
Mikee currently has 162,000 subscribers and 2,928,760 accumulated views on her channel.
She shares that the inspiration to relaunch her channel came to her during the lockdown.
"I started missing work. I started missing studying, going out. Na-realize ko na without work, without everything else, sino si Mikee? Who am I?
"In-ask ko 'yung sarili ko and 'yung sagot ko, parang nakulangan ako. Gusto kong maging more," Mikee shares in an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com.
Now, she wants to try new things through her vlog.
"'Yung mga things before na natatakot akong gawin or tinatanggap ko na lang talaga na hindi 'to para sakin, ayokong gawin, hindi ko siya gusto, I started giving chances to things like that. Why not try it out first? Malay ko magustuhan ko. Bumalik ako sa pagiging curious," she says.
The relaunch of her vlog is one of the personal projects which Mikee took on during the quarantine.
She also shared that she became closer to her fans during the lockdown.
