Yasmien Kurdi patiently falls in line to secure BLACKPINK concert tickets

By Jashley Ann Cruz

Apart from showing respect to your K-pop idols by giving them the privacy they need when they're out in public, being a responsible fan also entails staying fair when it comes to purchasing tickets for your idol's concerts.

Take notes from Start-Up PH star Yasmien Kurdi who lined up with her daughter to avail themselves of tickets for BLACKPINK's upcoming concert here in the Philippines.

In case you didn't know, global K-pop girl group BLACKPINK comprising members Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie, and Rosé are bringing their “BORN PINK” tour to the Philippines and are set to perform live in front of their Filo BLINKS at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan this March 25 and 26, 2023.

Yasmien and her daughter Ayesha are avid fans of the famous K-pop girl group and they made sure that they would be able to secure tickets for their upcoming concert in the Philippines.

On the Kapuso actress's Twitter account, she shared a series of photos of her lining up at the mall to secure tickets. Just like most fans, Yasmien has tried all fair means to purchase tickets and even joined the pre-sale that occurred the past few days. But alas, she admits it is a challenging process and went straight to the mall to line up with other fans.

After making all efforts, Yasmien was able to buy tickets. Although their seats aren't that close, she's happy that she and her family will be able to see BLACKPINK next year. She even shared snaps of her tickets on Twitter and said, “Malayo lang pero keri na …”

On the award-winning actress's Instagram story, she revealed that she lined up early in at the mall because it was, indeed, a struggle to buy tickets for the highly-anticipated concert. Without any assurance as to whether they will get it or not, Yasmien still remained fair like other fans.
