Last November 2022, Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza revealed she was building her dream home for herself and her family. Fast forward to a few months later, the new house is finally coming together.

On the Maria Clara at Ibarra star's Instagram feed, she shared a photo of the current situation of her new house and wrote in the caption, “Site update.” As seen in the picture, Barbie's new home already has structure and is slowly getting to its actual look. Although there's a lot more work to be done, the smile on Barbie's face proves how happy she is about the progress.

Fellow celebrities and fans have expressed their excitement for Barbie's new home which is said to be the product of her success throughout her years of being in the entertainment industry.

In an interview with GMA, she shared, “Actually, hindi lang siya highlight ng 2022, highlight siya ng buhay ko. Kasi, 'pag natapos 'yun it will be such an achievement for me na makapagpatayo ng bahay para sa pamilya ko. Bcause, I love my family so much! And 'yun 'yung isa sa mga achievements ko for them, isa 'yun sa mga dream ko for them na magkaroon ng sarili naming bahay.”

There's no set date as to when the new house will be finished but we're all excited about how it's going to look.

When it comes to the design, Barbie said, “Nothing grand, actually, basta gusto ko it will really feel like home and it will not feel intimidating na parang ni ayaw mo mag-tsinelas sa loob or ayaw mo madumihan 'yung part nung bahay.

“Gusto ko maging bahay siya, kasi doon lang kami halos nagsasama-sama ng mga pamilya ko, so I want my house to be functional and to feel like home sa amin ng family,” she further explains.
