Aiko Melendez remembers Ronaldo Valdez's generosity as an actor

The Philippine entertainment industry lost one of its finest talents, Ronaldo Valdez or Ronald James Dulaca-Gibbs, on December 17, 2023. He was 76.

Ronaldo, the father of singer Janno Gibbs and Melissa Gibbs has built a reputation as one of the best ( if not the best) in show business.

With his death, several big names and his colleagues took to social media to express their sorrow and pay tribute to Tito Ron.

One of them is award-winning actress and Quezon City councilor Aiko Melendez, who worked with the late actor in the film May Minamahal together with matinee idol Aga Muhlach.

Aiko posted a screenshot of one of their scenes on Instagram and wrote in the captions, “Tito Ronaldo… Rest in Peace. Your memories will live on and on… This picture was taken during the filming of one of our iconic movie together 'May Minamahal' He played my father. I'm blessed to experience his generosity as an actor and a friend. You will be missed.”
