What childhood dream did Kapuso comedian Michael V accomplish?

Not many people know that Kapuso comedy genius Michael V is an avid toy collector. The Bubble Gang star revealed to GMANetwork.com last year that his fascination with toys started when he was still a little kid. He shared that he used to make toys out of his rubber slippers.
So it's not surprising that the Kapuso star became ecstatic when he finally fulfilled one of his childhood dreams - to get his own Voltes V ‘Volt Cruiser’ toy figurine.
In an Instagram post yesterday (June 29), Bitoy showed the newest addition to his prized toy collection.
He went on to talk about how long he waited to purchase this toy, since his family back then was poor and they had other priorities. Michael said, “As a kid, I never really got what I want. I’m fortunate enough to get what I “need” but when I want something really bad like the old Voltes V robot, there’s always a zero chance of getting it.

“But it’s understandable. We were poor. I don’t blame anybody, especially my parents, for that. And to be fair, all of us in the family didn’t always get what we wanted. I learned the virtue of patience and to want waaay less so as not to get disappointed. But in the end, as they say, good things DO come to those who wait.”
Truly, the virtue of patience has paid off for Michael V. Now, he can scratch off the Voltes V cruiser from his bucket list.
