Japanese sexy actress Maria Ozawa expressed her dismay after an Uber driver gave her number to someone who texted her inquiring about her personal information, which she described as unprofessional.

Maria posted the messages she received on Facebook.

She was also disappointed with the unreliable hotline of the company, which she tried calling to report the incident.

In another post, Maria gave her Facebook followers an update about the driver and Uber Philippines promised that they will take her report seriously.

She also added that everyone could learn a thing or two about customer care and professionalism in Japan.

“If people are registered or working as a professional driver, they should never bring out their personal emotions. Maybe it’s hard to tell that to all the people but at least in Japan, that’s how we were taught in business world. Especially when they handle something personal from their customers,” said Maria.

The Japanese sexy actress is in a relationship with celebrity chef Jose Sarasola.
