Longtime fans of Heart and John would know all about their relationship on-and-off screen way back when. What's even more kilig-inducing is that the two shared the same birthday which is on February 14.
Currently, the two are happily wed to their respective spouses with Heart married to Senator Chiz Escudero and John to Isabel Oli.
