Former Girls Generation member Jessica Jung confessed on her YouTube earlier today that she's developed a phobia due to the ongoing spread of coronavirus.

The Korean singer revealed the news while showing what's inside her bag that consisted of four essential items for disinfecting --- a hand sanitizer, hand wipes, a disinfectant spray, and a mask.

he said, “With the coronavirus going around, these days and because of all my travels, I definitely developed a phobia when it comes to germs.

“So, I've been using these a lot.

“Whenever I travel, I whip this out [disinfectant spray] when I'm in the plane. I'll be in my comfiest outfit, I wear a mask, and spray this all over -- from my seat and everywhere.

“After I spray, I use disinfecting wipes to clean all surfaces around me -- The TV screen, the chair, the table, the remote control, everything.

“And a mask which is crucial these days.”

Jessica Jung opened her YouTube channel earlier this year called “Jessica Land.”

A prologue video shows how the K-pop idol came up with the name and what we can expect from the vlogs.

She said, “'Cause you know, it's my world. It's like my land. And in my land, I can show my fans my personal life, my work life, and also introduce my favorite restaurants, etc.”

Aside from music and YouTube, Jessica is also a published author with her debut novel “Shine” which is a part of a two-book deal with Simon Pulse, an imprint of Simon and Schuster.
