Feng Shui expert gives advice for Rodjun Cruz and Dianne Medina's home

In a recent episode of Mars Pa More, Kapuso celebrity Rodjun Cruz gave a virtual tour of their house and asked for advice from Feng Shui expert Johnson Chua.

Consulting a Feng Shui expert is a common practice for homeowners in the Philippines.The tradition of Feng Shui originated in ancient China and it is also known as Chinese geomancy. Feng Shui literally translates to “wind” and “water” in English.

The goal of Feng Shui is to create harmony in individuals with their surrounding environment, and also to remove blockages so positive energy can flow freely in interior spaces, whether they be at home or in the workplace.

During the consultation in Mars Pa More's ParanorMars segment, Johnson said that the location of Dianne and Rodjun's house, which is in a corner lot, is actually ideal because you get natural light from two directions. In Feng Shui, light boosts the energy in a space.

As for the colors they used in the house's exterior, Johnson noted that the earth tones are perfect for the celebrity couple because they are both under fire signs in Chinese astrology: Rodjun was born under the sign of the Fire Rabbit, while Dianne was born under the sign of the Fire Tiger.

People born under fire signs tend to be really productive and active and have the tendency to get exhausted from it. So, the earth tones will help balance out their always-on-the-go energy.

Rodjun also asked Johnson if it's okay for them to add more water elements in their house and they were advised against it.

According to Johnson, in Feng Shui, water symbolizes money and the plants are the ones that will “hold your money”.

Since Rodjun and Dianne already have a swimming pool, Johnson advised them to get more plants instead, as too much water in the home may make money come ang go easily.
