Rocco Nacino calls for donations for Typhoon Ulysses victims

After participating in a relief operation in Rizal, actor/navy reservist Rocco Nacino and his girlfriend, Melissa Gohing, launched their own relief drive for the victims of Typhoon Ulysses.

In identical Instagram posts on November 16, the couple called for cash or in-kind donations such as food, clothes, mattresses, blankets, and the like, for the 1000 evacuees in Tañong High School, Marikina City.

"In this time of need, the only way we rise back up again is if we rise all together," Rocco and Melissa stated in one part of the caption.

This is not the first time Rocco and Melissa started a humanitarian initiative.

Last May, they launched a fundraiser called 'Food From The Heart' which aims to feed families in far-flung areas that are hardly reached by relief aid at the time of COVID-19 pandemic.

Rocco and Melissa have also been joining Philippine Navy in their relief operations out of town.
