Former singer Carol Banawa is now a proud mom of three kids!
Carol made the announcement yesterday, April 6, on Instragram complete with a photo of her with her newborn daughter.
“Easter Sunday Blessing,” Carol wrote to begin her post.
“As we received the blessing of Christ's Resurrection, our family was blessed with another gift of life. God is good.”
The 40-year-old singer, who popularized the hits “Iingatan Ka” and “Bakit 'Di Totohanin,” is married to Ryan Crisostomo.
Carol is now based in the US where she is working as a licensed practical nurse.
Carol and Ryan are blessed with two kids - Chelsea and River - prior to their new baby's arrival.
It was in September last year when Carol announced her pregnancy on Instagram.
Carol shared the challenges of being pregnant at her age coupled with the strange circumstances because of the pandemic in a chat with Bubble Gang mainstay Paolo Contis for Just In last December.
“Excited, kinakabahan. Kinakabahan because of may COVID, 'di ba? Parang it's been a while, you know, nine, 10 years so parang ano ka ulit, trying to remember 'yung mga nararamdaman kapag buntis,” she said.
“Ngayon ang napansin ko iba 'yung mga nararamdaman kong mga pains. Hindi ko alam kung dahil sa edad ko kaya iba. Mas mabilis akong mapagod.”
