LOOK: Carlo Aquino gets iconic tracksuit from Squid Game

Carlo Aquino has finally received the iconic green tracksuit from the hit show Squid Game, which was Netflix's biggest show.

On Instagram, Carlo uploaded a picture of himself while wearing the tracksuit as he thanked Netflix for the gift.

He wrote in the caption, "Better late than never! Thanks @netflixph for the surprise."

After the release of Squid Game on September 17, Carlo revealed in an interview that he was originally been cast to portray the character of Abdul Ali.

Unfortunately, Carlo was unable to go to South Korea for the shooting because of the COVID restrictions.

Still, Carlo's fellow actors remained optimistic that Carlo will join the show's second season although its director Hwang Dong-hyuk still hasn't "decided yet whether or not I should do another season."

Luckily, the Philippines was still represented in the series as Player 276 was portrayed by Filipino Christian Lagahit.
