A check on the Latin pop star's following list on the social media site shows that Derrick is one of the celebrities that he follows. Other celebrities and personalities on Ricky Martin's following list include Harry Styles, Mexican actress Dana Paola, and Olympian Pita Taufatofua.

Ricky Martin currently only follows 1,612 people on Instagram, compared to his following of 16.1 million people. Derrick is followed by more than 900,000 people and he only follows 1,457 people.

Ricky Martin first rose to fame as a member of the boyband Menudo and then found further success as a solo artist with songs like “Livin' La Vida Loca, “Shake Your Bon-Bon,” and “She Bangs.”

He has been living as an out gay man since 2010. He is currently married to painter Jwan Yosef, with whom he has two children, Lucia Martin-Yosef and Renn Martin-Yosef.

Derrick, on the other hand, was last seen on Legal Wives as Edgar delos Reyes, the childhood friend of Bianca Umali's character Farrah Valeandong.
