Miss World PH Tracy Maureen Perez thanks supporters for their votes

Tracy Maureen Perez is feeling the love from fans as the coronation night for Miss World 2021 draws near, as their votes have helped her reach the beauty pageant's final head to head challenge.

In the latest post on her Instagram account, the beauty queen sent some love back to her fans and followers by thanking them for supporting her Miss World journey.

According to Tracy, she would not have made it to the final round of the head to head challenge if not for the fan support that got her past the first round of the challenge.

The photos accompanying the post show Tracy before and after the head to head challenge, with her joking that the first few photos were of her “trying to be formal.”

The final head to head challenge is another sign that the activities for the Miss World pageant are definitely ramping up. Just recently, the organization released Tracy's “Beauty with a Purpose” video, which introduced Tracy's advocacy for single parents and mothers.

In the five-minute video, Tracy talked about her close relationship with her mother, Chona Asibal Perez, and how her experience with her and losing her pushed her to advocate for single mothers.

The video also shows Tracy working with an organization that provides the single mothers with IT and financial training as well as providing them with livelihood programs.

Tracy's journey to the Miss World pageant has already been a winding one, starting with her 40 hours traveling to get to Puerto Rico.

Before the competition began in earnest, her first post in Puerto showed the highlights of her first day there, showing off the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico's lobby, its outdoor dining area, as well as some shots of her with fellow contestants.

The coronation night for the Miss World beauty pageant will be held on December 16.
