If you've ever wondered how much work goes into preparing for the GMA Thanksgiving Gala, Miss Universe Philippines 2022 Celeste Cortesi's latest vlog gives viewers a short peek into how she prepared for the glamorous night.

Celeste's four-minute video starts with her being woken up from sleep by an alarm and being encouraged to take a shower, before a humorous title card transitions the video to footage of her and boyfriend Mathew Custodio at Shangri-La The Fort as they start preparing for the GMA Thanksgiving Gala.

The video then introduces us to the glam team that was with Celeste during her Miss Universe Philippines run, namely, her makeup artist Roge Bernaldez and hair stylist Arvee Yadao. Celeste even shares that she and Roge were both crying backstage when she reached the top three of the competition.

After getting her hair and makeup done, Celeste is then handed her Anthony Ramirez gown by her stylist, Perry Tabora. Even as she puts the gown on, Celeste is still being fussed over by her glam team to make sure she looks picture perfect.

The video then ends with a photoshoot in the hallway of the Shangri-La The Fort, as well as a short snippet of Celeste modeling her gown.

Celeste isn't the only one that brought out all the stops for the GMA Thanksgiving Gala. International fashion and style icon Heart Evangelista had on more than P15 million worth of fashion for the event, with the Bulgari Serpenti necklace she had on worth $154,000 or P8,564,475.

Barbie Forteza also had on a P1.2 million necklace from Luna by Drake during the gala.
