Miss Universe Philippines Celeste Cortesi will surely have eyes on her at tonight's Miss Universe gala dinner.
There's only five days left until Miss Universe Philippines 2022 Celeste Cortesi is set to compete for the Miss Universe 2022 crown, and along the way she is making sure that all eyes are on her.
In a post from the Miss Universe Philippines Instagram, the organization posted a photo of Celeste wearing a sleek golden dress made by designer Michael Leyva, with a caption that declared Celeste is “going for GOLD.” The organization also explained that the outfit is the one that Celeste wore during tonight's dinner event.
The dress is just the latest glamorous look that Celeste has paraded in since arriving in New Orleans after spending the Christmas and New Year holidays in Los Angeles. Even before landing in Louisiana, both her and the Miss Universe Philippines Instagram account posted photos of her in a striking red outfit, along with her multiple pieces of luggage.
In New Orleans, Celeste has posted photos of her in a couple of outfits, such as a sparkly ensemble as well as an all-black ensemble.
Celeste has also been pretty in purple during the Miss Universe's registration, wearing her sash as she stands beside the sashes of the other pageant competitors.
Celeste will be competing for the “Force for Good” crown, which features 110 carats of blue sapphires and 48 carats of white diamonds.
The Miss Universe Philippines organization has already called on Filipinos weeks before to help Celeste “carve her path” to the crown by voting on the Miss Universe app.
In the lead up to the pageant, Celeste spent her time performing advocacy work, visiting communities in Lanao del Norte alongside the non-government organization Save the Children.
