“It still feels like a dream," Annabelle McDonnell said about the conclusion of her Miss Charm journey.

Philippine bet Annabelle McDonnell made the country proud by finishing second in the 2023 Miss Charm pageant held in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam on Friday, February 17..

Annabelle won as the first runner-up, while Brazilian beauty queen Luma Russo was crowned as the first Miss Charm queen.

Meanwhile, Indonesian representative Olivia Tan bagged the second runner-up title.

On her Instagram Story, Annabelle thanked all her supporters for making this feat possible.

She noted, “It still feels like a dream to add this to my Insta bio. Thank you to everyone who has supported me.

“I've been immensely supported by the Local Government Unit of Iligan City. I've had the honor of being trusted by @empiretv.ph and have been so lucky to be loved and trained by @aces_and_queens family.”

Annabelle was hailed second runner-up in the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 bowing out against Celeste Cortesi.

In addition, Miss Makati Michelle Dee was hailed as Miss Universe Philippines Tourism. She is set to compete again this year.

Michelle is no stranger in the international pageant after claiming the Miss World Philippines 2019 crown and placing in the top 12 of the global competition.
