Parokya ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda gets real about his relationship with wife Neri Naig.

Chito married Neri twice in 2014. They had a civil wedding first on December 13 at Vask restaurant in Taguig City and held their grand garden wedding in Tagaytay the following day.

In his recent Instagram post, the OPM icon talked about how the simple moments with his pregnant wife sparks joy and excitement.

According to his post, “Errands and responsibilities.

“Gising na ko by 5:30am kasi ang dami naming kelangan asikasuhin ni Neri.

“While dressing up, na-realize ko na excited ako sa lakad namin kahit sasamahan ko lang naman siya magpa-check up at tumingin ng property sa kabilang brgy.”

He added, “Alam ko hindi siya 'ideal date', but I was excited nonetheless kasi I'd be spending time with her kahit napaka-mundane ng mga kelangan namin gawin.

“Di ko alam kung mababaw lang ba talaga ako, or appreciative lang talaga ako sa mga simple things that I get to do sa buhay ko ngayon.

“Or maybe, I'm just really happy to be where I am now.”

Last Mother's Day on May 9, the Miranda couple announced that they are expecting a second child.

Their first child, Alfonso, was born in November 2016.
