Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera shared some throwback photos, which showed the unforgettable marriage proposal of her husband Dingdong Dantes to her.
Seven years ago, the Kapuso Primetime King and Queen's special moment was called “The Royal Engagement” and was considered as one of the grandest proposals in the history of showbiz.
The veteran actress posted the engagement photos through her Instagram stories and wrote, “7 years today...(heart emoji).”

The televised proposal of the showbiz couple happened on August 9, 2014, during the Marian show, where Dingdong was the special guest, and millions of viewers in the country and abroad witnessed the grand moment.

Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes's romance flourished on the set of Marimar in 2007. Since then, the Kapuso Primetime King and Queen starred in various GMA-7 shows together such as Dyesebel, Endless Love, and My Beloved.
In December 2014, The Kapuso couple tied the knot in a grand wedding ceremony at the Immaculate Conception Church in Cubao, Quezon City.
As a product of their undying and unconditional love for each other, Marian and Dingdong welcomed their first child, Maria Letizia “Zia” Dantes in November 2015.
After four years, the Tadhana host gave birth to her second child, baby Jose Sixto “Ziggy” Dantes IV in April 2019.
Until now, Marian and Dingdong keep the romance alive by spending quality time with each other and with their two beautiful children.
