Jake Vargas penned a short yet heartfelt message for his girlfriend of five years, Inah de Belen, who celebrated her birthday on Thursday, January 13.
In a post on Instagram, Jake shares a selfie of himself and Inah and another photo of his beautiful partner.
"Happy birthday, My Love. Wish you all the best in life. Nandito lang ako lagi for you and sa lahat ng mga desisyon mo sa buhay.
"[Love you], nakita ko sa ko 'yung last post ko ang cute mo kasi roon e. Wala lang, " he wrote with a laugh emoji.
Shortly after its upload, Inah commented on his post and said, "Lab u my luuuuuuuv, thank you. Hihihihi!"
On October 2021, Jake and Inah celebrated their fifth anniversary. The couple went public with their relationship back in 2017.
