Rica Peralejo and Pastor Joseph Bonifacio tied the knot in January 2010.
Actress and vlogger Rica Peralejo took a trip down memory lane to celebrate her anniversary with Pastor Joseph “Joe” Bonifacio.
The couple got engaged in June 2009 and in January the following year, they tied the knot.
Rica posted a throwback photo of her with Joe on Instagram and began her post by saying, “Just the two of us in this photo.” She continued, “13 yrs after it's already the six of us according to Manu: Papa, Mama, My Philip, Manu, My Waffle, and My Renilda.”
The former T.G.I.S. star also expressed her heartfelt gratitude for Joe for staying strong in the past 13 years of being husband and wife.
She stated, “We built things, left things, cleaved some more. [Thirteen] may not be much to some but a whole lot has changed as well as remained. Marriage is constantly choosing us over many others that are more often than not aren't rly people but more like duties, tasks, missions, that pretend to be inevitable and couldn't be accomplished without you.
“But reality always presents itself, thank God, before it has been too late, that the only irreplaceable thing in this entire picture is the you and me, and then our kids and us as parents. All else are jobs that don't need a specific face or name.
“And yet nobody else can be My Joe, Your Carla. Happy 13th. Thank you for always choosing me. Thank You God for helping me always choose Joe.”
The Bonifacio couple has two children: Philip (born in January 2014) and Manu (born in June 2019).
